Teams and Coaches,
We look forward to hosting you the weekend of November 12 & 13.  We continue to work to make this tournament as safe as possible for everyone.  That said, we need you to continue to monitor your teams, coaches and spectators for COVID symptoms to ensure that we minimize risks to others.  We are counting on you to help make sure that these kids can play basketball for weeks to come.
We will be using Tourney Machine this year for scheduling.  You can find your team's schedule in the Tourney Machine app as well as a link posted on our tournament website, Eastview Boys Tournament. Please make sure all your coaches review the schedule posted on Tourney Machine as there may be last minute modifications based on team availability.  We have tried our best to try to get teams to remain at the same facility but that was not possible in all situations so please be mindful of where each game is played.
There are NO FEES for spectators to attend our tournament.
Game Day Process
We are working to have this tournament run as "normal" as we can but are still operating under our district facility guidelines. That said, teams should arrive no more than 30 minutes before their game.  This means that if you have an 8:30am game, you will not be allowed in until 8am at the earliest.  Do not plan to arrive at 7:45am and expect to enter the building.  Once you play your game, please leave the court as quickly as possible and have your team meetings outside the facility.  We are wanting to limit the amount of gathering as much as we can.
Scorebook and Clock Operator
In order to adhere to our covid plan and continue to limit the amount of individuals in a facility, the home team will provide the scorebook keeper and the away team will provide a clock operator.  Thank you to all the coaches for arranging that in advance.
Hope Fieldhouse Parking - IMPORTANT
For those teams playing at the new Hope Fieldhouse facility, there is NO parking in the neighborhood across the street.  In addition, there is NO parking behind Hope Fieldhouse before 12pm on Sunday; however, you are able to park in the MN Energy (next door) on Sunday.  There will be signs indicating where tournament attendees should be parking when you arrive.
Once again, please check our website for current information and we will let you know if any material changes occur in the meantime.
We look forward to hosting your teams safely November 12th or 13th and good luck to all teams!
