Referee Information

Welcome to the Eastview Soccer Club Referee page.

New for 2024

Returning referees, GameOfficials is no longer available to assign games. Following an extensive evaluation, we have determined that the Assignr platform aligns best with our needs.

Assignr Setup

If you will be refereeing this year, you must be USSF certified and if you are, please set up your account with Assignr as soon as possible.

If you do not have an Assignr account, please visit our Assignr site and setup your new account.

If you already have an Assignr account and are not part of the Chase Assigning, select the Join with an Existing Account option.

Please note that we will not be sending invitations, as some other assignors are doing. The reason for this is that the information in GameOfficials could be outdated, or you may prefer not to referee anymore. Therefore, I leave it up to you to sign up at your discretion.

Here is a helpful video on how Assignr works, it's only 19 minutes long. PLEASE WATCH IF YOU ARE NEW TO ASSIGNR.

Assignr Zoom Meeting - April 2

SALVO will be hosting a Zoom meeting for New Referees (parents are more than welcomed), where we will go over what to expect as a competitive referee and spend time with learning Assignr, the platform that we use for game assignments.

When: Apr 2, 2024 at 6:30 PM Central Time

Please register in advance for this meeting.

Referee for EVSC

There are several steps to becoming a referee for the EVSC Soccer program. The first is to get your certification from the Minnesota State Referee Committee. You need to have a minimum of a grade 8 certification in order to participate as a referee for EVSC. Certification requires paying a registration fee to the United States Soccer Foundation (USSF) and an administrative fee for the State of Minnesota.

Here are some links to help get you started:

Minnesota State Referee Committee

MNSRC Educational Resources

U.S. Soccer Learning Center (for certification)

Once you complete the your certification or recertification, you can sign-up to be a referee for the Eastview Soccer program. As soon as you are ready please register yourself at Assignr.com. This is the referee-assignment system we use for scheduling or soccer games and where you will sign-up for the games you want to referee.

    • $45 per game
  • Grade 6-9 Girls - One Official
