10U Eastview Lightning - Coached by Mike Roby:

The Lightning worked hard and braved the elements on Sunday at the Eastview Lighning Strike Tournament and came away with a 2nd place finish.

We had some very cold girls, but they never quit playing. Very good job!!!

 Our Gopher outing was a great success. Way to go girls!! We had the best cheering section in the whole stadium. We also had Amber throw a perfect strike as the honorary first pitch. We had Zoe and Sarah throwing t-shirts (helping Goldy). We had Jaden hanging up K's for the strikeouts. Then after the game the girls got to run the bases and meet the Gopher players. Thanks to the Gophers for the special treatment they gave to our association. What a top notch promotions department they have!!
