We are in the process of selecting teams. We will email parents tonight to let them know what team their player will be on for the 2017 season.
Please stay tuned!
In accordance with ERAVE rules, EVAA must create teams of equal strength and skill (NO A/B TEAMS). These evaluation sessions are necessary for EVAA to accomplish this objective.
PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND ALL EVALUATION SESSIONS.
EVAA TRAVELING FOOTBALL IS OPEN TO ALL SKILL LEVELS. EVAA DOES NOT CUT ANY PLAYER FROM PARTICIPATION. EVAA WILL ASSIGN ALL REGISTERED PLAYERS TO A TEAM.
(EVAA recognizes that some players may not be able to attend all sessions. If you cannot attend any of the sessions, but still wish to play football, you MUST notify the appropriate age-group coordinator listed below after registering. However, non-attendance at the combine, will not preclude any player from participation, will effect our ability to create teams of equal strength and/or skill).

In a coordinated effort, the four (4) athletic clubs associated with School District 196 HS feeder programs (EVAA, VAA, EAA and RAAA) elected to withdraw from the South Suburban Youth Football League (SSYFL) for the 2016 season and beyond.
We're please to announce our four associations will now play games against one another, in the newly formed ERAVE Football League.
With all four District 196 High School Head Football Coaches leading the way, we made this decision in favor of placing a much higher emphasis on a developmental approach to 7th/8th grade Football.
While we do still intend to compete at a high level, this change allows each association to exercise greater control of things like: playing time, roster size, and general player development. It also ensures all associations and teams participating are working toward a common goal; providing our District 196 student athletes the best possible experience, while preparing them to play High School Football.
EVAA/ERAVE Football is open to 7th and 8th graders (fall 2016) residing in the EVHS attendance area, attending middle school at any EVHS feeder school, or attending a private or charter school within the EVHS attendance boundary.
Participation in any 'Traveling' sport is subject to the Traveling Sports Participation/eligibility rules defined by EVAA (found on the program directors page), along with the eligibility rules defined by the ERAVE Football League.
We're looking forward to a very successful inaugural season.
